Specifically focusing on the Oakland and Bay Area, we champion initiatives that empower women to lead and innovate. Through SMP Trainee Sponsorship (valued at $2,800) we are creating new business leaders and role models.
Confidence Building – Providing Free SMP Services. Confidence is the cornerstone of self-expression. To bolster this vital trait, we are committed to providing sliding scale or pro bono scalp micropigmentation (SMP) services to individuals in need. Each year, we offer four discounted SMP sessions, one per quarter, to help individuals rediscover their self-assurance and shine brightly.
Lip Blushing
Lip blush is a semi-permanent makeup treatment that enhances the natural color of the lips. Lip blushing technique gives a soft lip tint effect, rather than a full-on, opaque lipstick look.

At Hybrid Ink, we have lashes made out of genuine mink, synthetic faux mink, or silk fibers. Every lash set creates a unique look to open the eyes and enhance your natural beauty without the need for additional makeup.
Lash Extensions can be customized depending on how full or voluminous you want your lashes to look.
